DESIGNERS LEAGUE TERMS OF SERVICES |

You must be a legal adult 18 years or age or of legal age in your place of residence to purchase adult graphics from Designers League,

You agree to pay in full for all images designed and/or produced by Designers League for which you have placed an order.

Payment must be made IN FULL for orders less than $500.00 USD before we will start on your project. Only after payment is received and has cleared the issuing account will you receive your completed design.

For all orders over $500.00 USD, we require 50% of the total order to be paid in advance, before we will start on your project. Then upon completion of the design and approval of the sample designs, then remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before you will receive your completed designs.

We reserve the right to hold your final designs until which time as a business check or funds transfer has cleared the issuing account.

All payments must be made in the form of one of the following: Western Union, Epassporte, and Xoom.

DESIGN AGREEMENT:
- For designs which require photographs of a person(s) or model(s), the purchaser agrees to provide licensed images that they wish to be used for their design, OR allow Designers League to use a licensed image from one of it's collections for an additional fee.
- The purchaser hereby releases Designers League from any and all legal actions or monetary settlements arising from the purchaser providing us with unlicensed images or content to be used for the development of their design.
- YOU ARE WHOLLY LIABLE FOR ANY LEGAL OR MONETARY RAMIFICATIONS ARISING IF YOU PROVIDE US WITH UNLICENSED IMAGES FOR YOUR DESIGN!! NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All model(s) appearing in ANY images that the purchaser provides for use in the construction of their design must be of 18 years of age or older, and the purchaser affirms that they have, maintain, or can gain access to records that confirm the legal age of the model(s) that appear in those images. We DO NOT design graphics depicting beastiality, child pornography, or any actual violence that causes real harm to another person(s) body or any type of illegal sexual situations: (ie., rape, torture, murder).
- Under penalties of perjury, I solemnly declare and affirm that I have read, understood and agree to all of the above statements and wish to conduct business with Designers League in a manner that acts within ALL of the statements presented by this agreement.
- You must also affirm that You have printed a copy of this policy for my records and will have it available for review and/or affirmation for the life of the design created under the terms of this agreement.

Designers League requires that all customers complete a design contract. Work will not begin on ANY project until the contract is signed with 50% down payment for work over $500.00 and 100% payment for work under $500.00. |
